Refund and Exchange Policy
I’m committed to delivering exceptional photography artwork that exceeds the highest standards of quality. Please note that due to the custom nature of my artwork, all sales are final.
To help with the aluminum floating print buying process, I offer an 8×12-inch aluminum print proof* for $15. This allows you to verify the quality and colors of the print before making your final purchase. Simply select the 8×12 proof option in the dropdown box when filling out the purchase form for any of my aluminum floating print photographs.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will promptly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the original purchase price. Please contact me to discuss your exchange request.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged.
