Spending some time each year in the beautiful waters of the Bahama Banks offers me the opportunity to swim face to face with many wild Atlantic spotted dolphins. Few experiences in the ocean can match the interactions between wild dolphin and man.
In this scene, two juvenile Atlantic spotted dolphins were playfully swimming circles around me when they paused for a second in this heart warming pose. Throughout my encounters with these wild dolphins I often observe them caressing each other using their pectoral fins or their snout.
