The coral reef system is a perfect balance of life. Each individual creature is a vital link to the coral reef’s health. Some of the healthiest reefs I’ve seen contain a perfect balance of predators and prey. Where predatory fish have been fished out, large schools of smaller fish appear to cause a straneous bioload on the reef; affecting the overall health of the corals.
