Loggerhead sea turtles feed primarily on crustaceans and molluscs. Their powerful jaws allow them to easily crush the shell of a mollusc such as a queen conch. After investigating the glass dome of my underwater camera momentarily, this female loggerhead sea turtle attempted to take a bite out of it.
